Contractor Sign Up for Access Below:

All contractors must register and be approved for access to schedule Westlake PE&O Site Orientations class registration.

Contractor Sign Up Access Form

All contractors entering the Petro, Poly, or Terminal sites will be required to go through the onsite Westlake PE&O site orientation class. This class will only replace the Westlake site orientation previously given at the Safety Council.

This orientation does not replace the basic safety card that is still needed from the Safety Council.

Orientations Offered Onsite:

Site Orientation
All contract employees entering on site for Petro, Poly, Terminal must have completed the onsite orientation.

Firewatch/ Holewatch
All contract employees that are performing the task of a holewatch or firewatch must have the Westlake Holewatch/ Firewatch orientation.

Permit Receiver Orientation
Before an employee can receive a permit they have must first have completed the Permit receiver orientation. A person receiving the permit must be a supervision employee (Forman level or above).
